Before you pay, you probably want to know
What counts as one “run”?
One run is a workflow going from trigger to finish, no matter how many steps are in between. Automatic retries after a failure are not charged again.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Changes take effect immediately and the difference is prorated to the day, so you never pay for a plan you left behind.
Do you provide invoices?
Every paid plan gets a downloadable invoice, and enterprise customers can add a purchase order and custom billing details.
Will our data be used to train models?
No. Your content is used only to execute your workflows. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and enterprise plans can keep it in a region you choose.
Are there nonprofit or education discounts?
Yes — registered nonprofits and schools get 50% off the Team plan. Email hello@bavis.top with a short note about the work you do.
